The Yoshida Brewery is blessed by the nature from Mount Haku and Tedori River (or Tedorigawa/手取川 in Japanese) in Ishikawa Prefecture. The natural properties in the surrounding offer the benefits to sake brewing, earning the area with the title of "Brewery Village".
The philosophy of sake making sometimes lies within the connection between people, nature and breweries. The Yoshida Brewery believes this aspect as the nature gifts Tedorigawa sakes with its blessing, and it is their responsibility to make sustainability of the nature to continue their craftsmenship.
Tedorigawa sakes can be described with a variety of authentic vocabularies as the brewery makes its crafts with both traditional and modern techniques, ranging from the old Yamahai fermentation to sparkling sakes under second fermentation like champagne.
